This sleep disorder causes an individual to pause his or her breathing or deal with shallow breaths while sleeping. Thus, it disrupts restful sleep and may make you feel tired during the day.

Restless Legs Syndrome
Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) causes uncontrollable sensations and movements of the legs. It commonly occurs while a person rests and can become more frequent and last longer as an individual ages.
Although RLS affects many men and women across the United States, the root cause of this syndrome is unknown. Furthermore, therapies are available to control the condition, but there is no known cure to eliminate RLS.
